Partners’ regular meetings are necessary in order to discuss, develop and share suitable management and organizational methods for the right and optimal development of the project.
Hence, team meetings are fundamental steps to share professional knowledge and experiences, as well as to update and develop operating models which meet needs and expectations of the project’s operators and beneficiaries.
The Project meeting was held in Malaga on November 25, 2015. The discussion was structured in five in-depth sessions:
Session 1: School leaders training review, by identifying both training positive effects and appropriate didactic materials to support teaching. Such materials will be translated in the languages of the five involved countries (i.e. English, Italian, Spanish, Romanian and Slovenian).
Session 2: Planning future meetings. From April 18 to April 2016 in Sinaia (Romania); final conference in Caserta (Italy) in July 2016. Determine the date of project’s closure activities.
Session 3: Discussion of the best use of review tools aimed at promoting the program. Adapting such tools and teaching materials to the different needs of the final beneficiaries. Investigating strategies for the dissemination of final results.
Session 4: Creating a Facebook page in order to provide involved students and teachers with information and didactic materials. Creating a closed group on Facebook for sharing information between partners. Implementing project’s website through reports on the activities taken in each country, legislation guidelines, practical resources, financial advice and useful links.
Session 5: Financial report of the activities taken from May to November 2015.
